Tobias Anderberg is a software developer and mentor specialized in Java. He has a strong interest for Agile methods and testdriven development something he puts to use every day working in Stockholm as a consultant for Agical AB. Ever since he got into Agile he has also been highly interested in the human side of software development; areas such as group psychology, group dynamics and teamwork.
Vasco Duarte
Currently an Agile Coach in Nokia, Vasco Duarte is an experienced product and project manager, having worked in the software industry since 1997. Vasco has also been an Agile practitioner since 2004, he is one of the leaders and a catalyst in the adoption of Agile methods and an Agile culture at Nokia and previously at F-Secure.

Ola Ellnestam
Ola Ellnestam likes to combine technology, people and business. This is why he finds software development so interesting. After stumbling upon eXtreme Programming back in early 2000 he realized that software development can be rewarding for both business and developers. He also realized that developing software doesn't necessarily mean big and seemingly endless projects. There are more flexible and easier ways to develop software.
More than anything else, he likes to share his findings with others because he believes that this is how new knowledge and insights are created. Ola coaches people in knowledge creating companies and wants to be where things happen, where vision meets reality.

Petri Heiramo
Petri has been training and coaching Agility and Scrum for the last four years (out of a ten year career in software development), as part of his responsibilities as a process development manager at Digia. He was the first Finn to become a Certified Scrum Trainer in late 2008. Petri's focus in Agility is in the bigger picture - managing software development with Agile methods and looking at the customer interface. He is passionate about Agility and can't hide it. In a move to focus on that passion, he recently founded his own company, Agilecraft Ltd, and is providing training and coaching as an independent agent.

Pekka Klärck
Pekka Klärck is Agile tester, developer, and self -employed consultant. He has ten years experience from testing and test automation, and he has spent the better half of that decade in Agile projects. He is a frequent presenter in conferences and has lately presented in Agile 2009, XP 2009, Agile Testing Days 2009. Being the original author and the lead developer of Robot Framework he knows the framework and the ecosystem around it extremely well.
Petri Louhelainen
Petri is a professional codesmith and software architect with more than ten years of industrial coding experience from small startups all the way to huge companies in telecom industry. Specialized in Java and Web 2.0 development he has a solid background in developing high quality sustainable and scaling software.
He's also worked with agile methods since 2001 and using scrum since the beginning of 2002 in one of the first scrum teams in Finland and a Certified Scrum Master since May 2005.

Taru Salmimaa
Taru is a consultant at Accenture in Helsinki. She holds a master degree in computer science at Tampere University of Technology and is a member in a graduate school in User-Centered Information Technology. As a part of the research program, she has cooperated with many manufacturing companies and applied the participatory design to their shop floor operations and the implementation of an electronic Kanban system. Taru enjoys working in a cross-functional team and likes to promote Lean values and Kaizen when applying Scrum. She is a Certified Scrum Master 2009 and an active member in Agile Finland community.
Thomas Sundberg
Thomas Sundberg is a consultant at Agical AB in Stockholm, Sweden. He has a Masters degree in Computer Science from the Royal Institute of Technology, KTH, in Stockholm. Thomas has been working as a Java developer the last ten years. He has also worked as a lecturer at KTH teaching programming. Thomas leads Agicals coding dojos where skills like pair programming and test driven development is taught. He has an obsession for testing and automation which combined leads to automated building and testing. Thomas has set up and maintained Continuous Integration systems since 2004 at different companies, including a large Swedish-Japanese mobile phone manufacturer.
Joakim Sundén
Joakim is an agile and lean coach with Avega Group. He helps clients improve through coaching and mentoring of individuals, teams and organisations. This is often accomplished using agile and lean software development methodologies such as Scrum, XP and Kanban. When working as a developer coach Joakim favours Test Driven Development, refactoring and evolutionary object-oriented design, mainly on the .NET platform. He is an organiser of, and active participant in, conferences, networks and user groups in the agile, lean and .NET communities.

Pascal Van Cauwenberghe
Pascal Van Cauwenberghe is a consultant based in Brussels who tries to solve more problems than he creates. To do this, he uses Agile, Lean, Theory of Constraints and Systems Thinking techniques.
He’s one of the founders of the Belgian XP group and one of the organizers of XP Days Benelux . One day he and Vera Peeters invented the “XP Game“, because they couldn’t explain XP to their team and customers. They’ve learned that games are an ideal way to learn.
